Lo que el señor espera de nosotros.. . Sep 2, 2019, 4:44 PM

This week was kind of nuts. Not super crazy but it was a good one. My companion has been sick like all week so not a whole lot has happened, the good thing about all that is that I was able to study a TON. It was really cool because I was able to learn a lot and have some really cool experiences.

This week we also had a conference and it was really cool!! We had that, all the missionaries from the whole mission came and our mission president talked a lot about repentance and it honestly was a really cool experience.

One of the craziest things was that an elder in our zone finished his mission, and his replacement was my trainer ELDER SALAS!!! I was so stoked when we got the call that he was gonna come here!! When he got here he was joking around cuz he was my trainer but now I'm his zone leader haha. He's awesome though and its a pleasure having him here!!

Today we had a meeting called PLAN DE ZONA and it was a good one, my companion has one week left in the mission so he pretty much let the elders have it. It reminded me of an office episode when Michael roasts everyone. It was like the same scene. Anyways it went well and we all learned what we need to do better.

This next week is gonna be kind of crazy also, there's the changes and it seems like they're gonna make a new stake so well see how that all goes down.

THE SAD PART OF THIS WEEK
This week a dear friend of mine passed away and I thought it would be nice to recognize who he was and how much he has been supporting me throughout the years. So there was this old man in my ward back home who literally was the sweetest guy ever. He always called me to see how I was doing, the cool thing was that he always gave me little letters of support and encouragement. We became really close and shared a lot of really cool experiences. When i got out here in Peru he wrote me a letter every week, almost without fail. In every one, telling me how proud he was and how he was doing. He was a great man, and I know he will keep sharing the gospel because he was literally so wise in doing so. Anyways that was hard news for me to get this week, but what brings the most peace is knowing about the plan of salvation and that god has everything planned out for us. ACTS 17:26. Its been a learning process but its been really special. I sure hope you all have a good week.

Thank you all for all you do. You are all so awesome and I sure miss you!! SEE YOU IN 1 YEAR!!!
