“su sonrisa es el mejor regalo que usted puede dar a los demás”
So guys this week was awesome, things are going really well. That quote was a quote from our mission president this week and it really got me thinking. Sometimes we get caught up in the whole Christmas thing, and sometimes we even say we get all caught up in it... Then we don't do anything to refocus. Something that's really helped me have success in the mission and to just be who the lord needs me to be is just smiling. Sometimes it's kinda tough being a missionary, and sometimes its kind of tough just being a member of the church. But if I could testify of a way to make it easier, I could tell you to do a lot of stuff, but what's helped me change who I am, what's helped me become more like the Savior, has been just smiling. I'm sitting here thinking about what I'm saying and to be honest it doesn't make much sense. I really wish I could still speak English cuz i know you probably don't understand what I'm actually trying to say.
Anyways guys this week was full of some really cool experiences. I wish i could tell you all about them, but ill tell you one of them at least.
So this week, with everything about Christmas going on we got thinking a lot about the Savior. There's not a way for me to explain what I feel for him in English, and there's not really a way in Spanish either, but id like to share with you my testimony of him in Spanish.
Lo que siento hacia mi salvador es algo muy profundo la verdad. Es algo que me cuesta decir sin llorar. Yo SE que el vive. He podido llegar a conocerle, yo se que nos ama. Sé que sufrió por nuestros pecados y también dolores. En mis momentos más difíciles, él me ha ayudado. Cuando he sentido solo, he sentido que está ahí a mi lado. Como si fuera abrazándome. El me ha guiado a las personas, las casas que más necesitan de él. Recuerdo una historia de cuando estuve capacitando, sentí tan fuerte la impresión de tocar una puerta. Lo hice y sin contarles demasiado, pude ver de que el literalmente camine de frente de nosotros. El abra los corazones de las personas. El me ha cambiado. Yo no soy perfecto, ni siquiera estoy cerca. Pero he podido corregir mis errores gracias a la expiación que él hizo. Como les decía, no puedo expresar todo lo que siento, pero es más fácil en español ya que hablo este idioma cada dia jaja. Bueno, se que el vive. El dirige esta obra. EL LES AMA!!
Yeah guys I sure love you!! Thank you for your support, you have helped me get to this point in my life and I'm so thankful for that, and to have you in my life. Sure love ya. Have a great week, do what you have to do to get to know the Savior better this week.
